Hello there, Dreamwidth!

Original title, I know, but hello! I am now, happily, on Dreamwidth, thanks to wildeabandon - I know I have another account, but I wanted this one for crossposting to LJ, which I will be using as well, seeing as I am on so many communities. But it is exactly that, I will be using LJ for community posting, posting up my fanfic on rowan_scribbles and the like. But for now, this is the place where I will be posting what you would expect on my LJ account. If you're not on Dreamwidth, though, you will of course still be able to read this!

Why have I chosen to come along to Dreamwidth? Well. It's mostly because of the drama with Facebook and Twitter syndication, but it's also because I find it easier to use and a little friendlier. LJ is good, and my spiritual home, but sometimes Change Is Good. I hope to use this more often, rather than abandoning it. Let's hope.

It looks it, but augh all of my stuff is on LJ but I guess I can import it, right? I'll definitely be using LJ still for most of my writing, but I think I'll post more personal stuff on here, for slightly obvious reasons.

I have now. Hurrah! I think I'll be posting things that would have been in my personal LJ here, but I'll still be watching communities and the like on LiveJournal because there are so many that I've grown attached to. This is promising. :D
